I experienced the profound impact of Chinese Medicine after being diagnosed with a rare medical condition and struggling to find treatment options. This experience inspired me to change the trajectory of my life. I left my corporate career to study and share this powerful medicine. Years later, after being told I couldn’t get pregnant without reproductive assistance, I turned to Chinese Medicine for fertility support. Today I have two amazing children - daily reminders of the incredible resilience of our bodies, and the healing power of these ancient modalities I am so honored to practice.
I received a Bachelor of Science from The University of Texas at Austin and went on to graduate Summa Cum Laude with a Masters in Traditional Oriental Medicine from Emperor’s College in Santa Monica. There, I had the privilege of treating hundreds of patients in the community clinic, while training under world renowned practitioners. After Emperor’s, I continued my education with doctoral coursework in women’s health and reproductive medicine at Yo San University in Los Angeles.
I’m committed to treating people from all backgrounds, in all phases of life. My clinical focuses include reproductive health and fertility, menopause and peri-menopause, stress, anxiety, depression, burnout, digestive health, autoimmunity, and pain.

After experiencing debilitating back pain as a teenager I turned to yoga and traditional medicine to heal myself. In my own healing journey I learned how impactful the mind body connection is to the healing process. That is why during my time in Chinese Medicine school I completed my ThetaHealing® training and began teaching ThetaHealing® to others. I saw for myself how powerful our subconscious mind can be. When you can treat the body and the mind at the same time you can have incredible results. I have also completed training in Cranial Sacral Therapy and Traditional Mayan Abdominal Massage at the Arvigo Institute. I am certified by the Kalish Institute for Functional Medicine and I am a Dutch Test Provider.
I am deeply honored to be able to work with people from all walks of life. My greatest joy is knowing I have helped someone in their healing journey. I am grateful to all of the tremendous healers I have been able to learn from in my life.

I am a licensed acupuncturist and nationally certified by the NCCAOM (National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine). My journey into Chinese Medicine began through personal experience—first as a professional athlete, then as a patient navigating chronic injuries, hormonal imbalances, and the physical demands of high-level sports. Acupuncture and herbal medicine not only helped me recover from multiple injuries but also transformed my overall health, inspiring me to dedicate my life to helping others heal naturally.
I specialize in treating both chronic and acute pain through acupuncture and trigger point needling. My clinical focus also includes women’s health, supporting patients with gynecological concerns, hormone balance, digestive health, stress, and anxiety. I have a particular passion for facial acupuncture, offering a natural and holistic approach to skin health and graceful aging.
My clinical training included an externship at Dongguk University Hospital in South Korea, where I observed the treatment of digestive and gynecological conditions in a hospital setting. I have also taught Korean energy yoga at the Body & Brain Yoga Center, incorporating breathwork and mindful movement to support physical and emotional well-being.
Drawing from my background in sports, movement therapies, and holistic medicine, I offer a personalized, integrative approach to care—helping patients feel stronger, more balanced, and more connected to their health.
