Payments are due in full at time of service. We accept all major credit cards.
Cancellation Policy - If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so as soon as possible so that your appointment can be offered to someone else. Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged 100% of the session fee. No shows will be charged 100% of the session fee.
INSURANCE
We are in-network providers with Cigna and United Healthcare. We can bill other plans as out-of-network providers for a $10 billing fee. We’re also happy to provide a superbill which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement if you prefer to handle it yourself.
